Retail Associate

Intern

Custodian/Job Coach

​​​​Create and maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment by performing a wide variety of cleaning and maintenance activities on buildings. Serve as a job coach teaching custodial job readiness skills to participants. Case Manager

The Case Manager I focuses on the proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, Christian discipleship, Christian behavior modeling, and relationship building with residents. The CM guides the collaborative process of assessment, life-planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation and advocacy to meet the participant’s comprehensive health needs through communication and connecting to available resources to promote well-being.
