Life Coach Associate - Life House

The Life Coach provides direct care, advocacy, and life coaching to participants and ensures a safe, structured, and supportive environment within The Rescue Mission’s facilities. This role combines oversight of daily operations with a focus on individualized support and growth for each participant. The Life Coach should have the heart of a servant in accordance with Colossians 3:23 “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”

Client Advocate

The Client Advocate serves with a Christ-centered focus by modeling Christian behavior and building relationships with individuals and families in the community. The Client Advocate facilitates a collaborative client-centered process that assesses, plans, implements, coordinates, advocates, monitors, and evaluates the services needed to meet an individual’s holistic needs. Through intentional outreach, communication, and connection to community resources, the Client Advocate works to promote long-term stability and well-being. Food Services Associate

To supervise and perform the smooth completion of daily food preparation, serving meals and facilitate proper clean-up operations. Maintain a basic menu, request ordering of food and kitchen supplies promptly. Serve as a job coach teaching job readiness skills to participants.
