Life Coach Associate

Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted administrative partner to the President & CEO, ensuring the efficient coordination of executive priorities, communications, and organizational initiatives. This position anticipates needs, manages competing priorities, and applies moves-management and project-tracking processes to keep key initiatives, relationships, deadlines, and action items moving forward. Serving as a central point of coordination among the President & CEO, executive leadership, and the Board of Trustees, this role ensures timely, accurate information flow that supports sound decision-making and effective governance. Through disciplined follow-through and sound judgment, the Executive Assistant strengthens executive effectiveness and helps advance the organization's mission-driven goals. Warehouse Associate & Assistant Driver

The Warehouse Associate & Assistant Driver plays a crucial role in ensuring the Treasure House warehouse is organized, efficient, and safe. Occasionally, the Warehouse Associate & Assistant Driver will be a frontline representative of The Rescue Mission assisting the driver with donation pickups, deliveries of customer purchased items, and transporting recycled materials to salvage locations. Custodian/Job Coach

Create and maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment by performing a wide variety of cleaning and maintenance activities on buildings. Serve as a job coach teaching custodial job readiness skills to participants. Food Services Associate
