Mental Health Services

Designed to foster a peace-filled culture of Christ-like love, The Outreach Program serves individuals experiencing a homeless crisis who have a diagnosed mental illness. The Rescue Mission’s staff serve from a perspective of loving each man in Outreach and prayerfully building relationships with them while developing goals. A partnership between Parkview and The Rescue Mission makes the Outreach Program unique. One must be staying at The Rescue Mission or Parkview Behavioral Health Institute and be either a Parkview client (receiving primary mental health services and any Medically Assisted Treatment service from Parkview), or awaiting an intake with Parkview, to become a resident in the Outreach Program.
