Caroline Collins

Caroline grew up in Markle, IN. After college, she started a career in marketing in the finance industry. Unexpected life changes revived her passion for Christ and this recentered faith ultimately led her to pursue a different career path. She joined The Rescue Mission in 2023 as the Marketing and Communications Coordinator. Caroline is married to the love of her life and they are proud dog parents.

Matt Haberman

Matt Haberman grew up in Pittsburgh, PA. He is the husband of Trace and the dad of 3 biological kids and one adoptive kid. At the end of high school and early college, Matt was loved into the family of God by a group of folks involved in youth ministry. He had a simultaneous call to full-time ministry, going to college for ministry and then seminary. He has worked as a church planter, part- and full-time pastor, and as a city coordinator for 24-7 Prayer. After a bit of time looking for another pastoral job, Matt ran into the Rescue Mission. He worked in emergency services for 4 years and now has the privilege of being the Director of Spiritual Care.
