Driver & Warehouse Associate

​​​​The Driver & Warehouse Associate is a frontline representative of The Rescue Mission responsible for driving mission vehicles to pick-up donated items, deliver customer purchased items, and transport recycled materials to salvage locations. The Driver also provides warehouse/back-end support. The Driver & Warehouse Associate should have the heart of a servant in accordance with Colossians 3:23 “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”​​

Retail Associate

​​​​The retail associate performs a combination of material handling and cashiering duties. Many of these duties involve moderately physical work. Life Coach Associate - Charis House

The Life Coach provides direct care, advocacy, and life coaching to participants and ensures a safe, structured, and supportive environment within The Rescue Mission’s facilities. This role combines oversight of daily operations with a focus on individualized support and growth for each participant. Life Coach Associate

Warehouse Associate & Assistant Driver

The Warehouse Associate & Assistant Driver plays a crucial role in ensuring the Treasure House warehouse is organized, efficient, and safe. Occasionally, the Warehouse Associate & Assistant Driver will be a frontline representative of The Rescue Mission assisting the driver with donation pickups, deliveries of customer purchased items, and transporting recycled materials to salvage locations. Food Services Associate

To supervise and perform the smooth completion of daily food preparation, serving meals and facilitate proper clean-up operations. Maintain a basic menu, request ordering of food and kitchen supplies promptly. Serve as a job coach teaching job readiness skills to participants. The Food Services Associate should have the heart of a servant in accordance with Colossians 3:23 “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”
