Marketing and Communications Manager

The Marketing and Communication Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing tactics to advance the ministry’s mission and increase its effectiveness as Directed by the CSO and overall strategic departmental strategies. This role oversees the creation of compelling content and communication campaigns across various channels, including social media, print, and digital platforms, to engage existing and potential ministry partners, volunteers, and community partners. The Marketing & Communication Manager also oversees public relations efforts, engages in philanthropy initiatives, and collaborates with Stewardship teams members to ensure consistent messaging and branding. A key aspect of the role is to collaborate with and support the Chief Stewardship Officer in developing and executing targeted initiatives aimed at fostering generosity and ensuring the organization's long-term sustainability. The Marketing & Communication Manager should have the heart of a servant in accordance with Colossians 3:23 “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”
Resident Advocate - Life House

The Resident Advocate assures appropriate services are provided for participants in either Life House, Charis House, or Emergency Shelter and ensures the safe and smooth operation of the house during the assigned shift. The Residential Care Staff should have the heart of a servant in accordance with Colossians 3:23 “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”
