Custodian/Job Coach

​​​​Create and maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment by performing a wide variety of cleaning and maintenance activities on buildings. Serve as a job coach teaching custodial job readiness skills to participants. Case Management Coordinator

​​The Case Management Coordinator guides the collaborative process of assessment, life-planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation and advocacy to meet the participant’s comprehensive health needs through communication and connecting to available resources to promote well-being. Chief Stewardship Officer

The Chief Stewardship Officer (CAO) is responsible for the development and implementation of the overall stewardship strategy to support the organizational budget consistent with the mission and purpose of The Rescue Mission (TRM). The CSO acts as the primary strategist for giving campaigns, while providing team leadership, management, and accountability of the Stewardship Department. This position is directly responsible for leadership of the Stewardship staff and programs including campaigns, partnership development, grant procurement and management, volunteer management, events, marketing, direct mail, and public relations. The CSO works collaboratively across the organization to build a culture of philanthropy and ensure The Rescue Mission’s goals are achieved. Resident Advocate - Charis House

The Resident Advocate assures appropriate services are provided for participants in either Life House, Charis House, or Emergency Shelter and ensures the safe and smooth operation of the house during the assigned shift. The Residential Care Staff should have the heart of a servant in accordance with Colossians 3:23 “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”

Resident Advocate - Life House

The Resident Advocate assures appropriate services are provided for participants in either Life House, Charis House, or Emergency Shelter and ensures the safe and smooth operation of the house during the assigned shift. Armed Security Officer - Weekends
