Mid-Major Gift Officer

​​​​The Mid-Major Gift Officer is responsible for the cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of individual donors and corporate sponsors with special focus on five-figure and six-figure, multi-year gifts. The Mid-Major Gift Officer proactively collaborates and communicates with the Sr. Philanthropy Officer, and the Chief Stewardship Officer, to ensure a unified and integrated approach for the cultivation and solicitation of key mid-major donors, corporate sponsors, and prospects. This position will also participate in speaking engagements, community building and fundraising events to maintain and/or cultivate relationships with partner organizations, churches, and corporations. The Mid-Major Gift Officer should have the heart of a servant in accordance with Colossians 3:23 “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”​​

Life Coach

​​The Life Coach provides advocacy and life coaching to participants, assures appropriate services are provided for participants and ensures the safe and smooth operation of the house during the assigned shift. Resident Advocate - Life House

The Resident Advocate assures appropriate services are provided for participants in either Life House, Charis House, or Emergency Shelter and ensures the safe and smooth operation of the house during the assigned shift. The Residential Care Staff should have the heart of a servant in accordance with Colossians 3:23 “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”

Food Services Associate

To supervise and perform the smooth completion of daily food preparation, serving meals and facilitate proper clean-up operations. Maintain a basic menu, request ordering of food and kitchen supplies promptly. Serve as a job coach teaching job readiness skills to participants. The Food Services Associate should have the heart of a servant in accordance with Colossians 3:23 “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”
